MTS1508US
The The MTS1508US features a 15.24 m (50 ft) conveyor with a 36-inch (914 mm) belt, allowing for efficient, high-stacking operation with up to 23 feet of stockpile height. Powered by an 18 kW (24 HP) Tier 4F Isuzu or Kohler diesel engine, it folds hydraulically for quick transport with dimensions of approximately 50′3″ × 8′ × 9′6″. Compact yet powerful, it weighs around 14,000 lb (6,350 kg) and includes a 20-gallon (90 L) fuel tank. is Rubble Master’s largest tracked finish screen, engineered for high-volume production. With massive throughput capacity and multiple screen decks, it’s ideal for producing clean, precise aggregates in large-scale quarrying, mining, or recycling operations.
MTS2410US
The MTS2410US ups the ante with an 24.38 m (80 ft) conveyor, a wider 42-inch (1,066 mm) belt, and the ability to stockpile up to 30 ft high. Driven by a robust 55 kW (74 HP) Tier 4F FPT diesel engine, it folds hydraulically for transport at dimensions of about 53′5″ × 8′6″ × 11′6″. The unit weighs approximately 25,000 lb (11,350 kg) and holds 57 gallons (260 L) of fuel.
